It appears that there is a systematic problem with your platform that is preventing the trading statements from being delivered. I understand that your team has indicated that the resolution of complaints regarding email statements may take up to eight weeks. This timeframe is concerning, especially as timely access to my trading statements is crucial for effective portfolio management.

Given these ongoing issues, I feel compelled to inform my network on Telegram and various social media platforms about my experience. I believe it's important for potential clients to be aware of the slow response times and challenges in addressing customer service issues at Axi. I have thoroughly checked my spam folder, and I am disappointed to report that I have not been receiving my monthly statements, unlike other brokers who consistently send these statements regardless of whether an account is active. To illustrate my point, I did not receive the statement for February, even though I have resumed trading activities during that month.

While I understand that your system may be experiencing technical issues, I feel that Axi is not taking responsibility for these problems. For instance, out of the £300 that was deducted from my account, I only received a refund of £10. This is unacceptable, and I will not rest until I receive the full amount that I am owed.

I am dedicated to bringing attention to this issue and will be sharing my experience on multiple trading Telegram platforms, warning over 100,000 traders against opening a trading account with Axi. Additionally, I have more than 25,000 traders who actively follow my trade ideas, and I will make sure they are informed about this situation. I will also reach out to fellow traders on Instagram to spread the word. It's crucial for me that other traders do not face the same frustrations and financial losses that I have encountered.

El programa que ofrece Axi select es realmente bueno, pero a mi parecer y al de muchos otros, creemos que con la nueva actualización de la subida del porcentaje del 5% al 7% deberían mejorar otros puntos como por ejemplo:
- Objetivos de ganancias: Semilla 10%
Incubación 50% y Aceleración 60%
- Y la duración de minimo de dias en cada etapa pienso que debería tener máximo 45 días, la mayoría del tiempo se hace demasiado pesado.
Creo que con estas mejoras seguiría siendo igual o más competitivo sin afectar al programa, por lo demás todo correcto.
(sobretodo mejoren lo de los días)
