The product itself is awesome. No smudge, stays on very good and is really waterproof. Although it's advertised that it stays on even for days, after showering/washing the face it does come off a bit. If you are re-applying it on top, the brows will become very hard, not really natural looking.
Dispite this little gap, I'm absolutely satisfied and will recommend it to others.

Used advise of what colour I should get was far to dark and as unable to return, very disappointed.

I love your products and would have given you a 5* rating if not for the fact that I received a £5 discount voucher with my first purchase. However, when I placed my 2nd order and tried to use it, I kept receiving a message stating that it was invalid (although voucher states valid until 31 may 2017). I called customer services, who also tried to apply the voucher to my order, but was getting the same message. I must say that I was very disappointed by this, and have only given you so many stars because of my love for the product.
