I ordered the blonde wunerbrow & received jet black, I telephoned customer services & spoke to a lovely lady who apologised & sent the correct shade out, when I asked how to send the jet black back she said pass it onto someone who can use it, our mistake you don't need to return it, the correct shade arrived a few days later & I'm not disappointed in the least, wonderful product, wonderful service, I'm recommending to everyone, thank you so much

Blends nicely and feels soft. I chose 2nd from last shade but slightly to dark. Would buy again but 1 shade lighter.
