Worst company in the world! Bad customer service. Ordered weeks ago never received my order. Emails are not answered and offices are always closed.

I can't review the actual product because I never received it, I've reached out to their customer service dept by email and phone, And to date I have not received a response! I purchased the wunderbrow months ago and still have not received it! They know that they have my money, So why haven't I received my wunderbrow yet?
Update: Customer service reached out to me and resolved my issue! I greatly appreciate their service & the wunderbrow product is amazing!!!!

I have mistakenly ordered the wrong brow gel colour and sent an email in few days to rectify the problem and wondering how possibly such an issue can be handled. No reply to my email yet, its almost a month now. Ending up with a product that I cant use.
