"The OnLevel product is fantastic but......"

The OnLevel product, is a fantastic one - German design, easy to use and great looking! However, although I am in the minority, I did not enjoy good customer service from the supplier, Glass & Stainless. Yes, I did require shipping to Scotland but it wasn't the Moon! G & S made such hard work of shipping our items, could not tell us where they were, did not keep us informed and in the end, we sorted it ourselves! Not what I would have hoped for when spending several thousand pounds. I would recommend On Level Balustrades but there are other UK suppliers out there. I have contacted G & S so this review will not be a surprise!

The process of ordering is very swift and the quality of the products is very good. Although we have other glass companies closer to us we prefer to continue with G&S as our supplier.
