We chose the White Lily house plan from Archival Designs for our lakeside lot in Texas, seeking a design that maximized our lake view from inside the house while providing ample covered outdoor space. The plan was perfect for our needs. We made several modifications, which were reasonably priced and handled promptly. Paulo was our main contact during this phase; he was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the entire design process. We’ve just started framing and are more excited every day to see our dream home taking shape!
