I contacted the company made it very clear what I was looking for I was given a package to choose from I did choose and in a rude manner was told to upgrade so I asked why I should upgrade and the rudeness that I was given back was even more screenshots can be provided if needed. The customer needs to know why you are pushing them in a direction to spend more money for a customer to ask and you to become rude is not very professional. And when I expressed I would not be moving forward with the company I was just giving a thumbs up.
