I hired Warm Sure Heating after my boiler broke down a number of times. Had such a bad experience with my previous gas engineer who did a botch job of my boiler installation, and needed constant repairs. I was quite nervous about the whole thing but Jay was really friendly and explained the whole process to me. He went through my options, and I upgraded to a bigger Baxi. 3 days later I had it installed, start to end it was a smooth experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

The boys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too.

I have taken it upon myself to write this review as I was told by Adam that several 'fake reviews' have been written about this company. I cannot fathom why someone would stoop so low to ruin a hard working teams efforts to bring excellent heating services to its customers.

I've had nothing but excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was hesitant at first to use this company due to bad experiences with other tradesmen but I wholeheartedly made the right decision. From the beginning I was informed as to how my new heating installation would take place and any questions I asked where answered honestly.

I have also recommended Adam to various friends and colleagues and none have a bad word to say. I will continue to use Adam and Warm Sure Heating

I had contacted Warm Sure Heating after hearing a recommendation off an family friend. After my first initial contact with them we arranged a site visit for them to come view the job intended. We needed several old radiators changed and a new boiler relocated to a different part of the house.

We knew the job would not be a simple task but the team carried out the installation without too much disturbance. Install was carried out at a very high standard with shiny pipework.

New column style radiators compliment the new paint and the house has been very warm.

Extremely pleased with the process and would highly recommend.

During a tough time during covid we hire this team to install our boiler. The install was carried out to the highest standard and we could not be happier. We had the boiler replaced but a week later all the radiators replaced also. House has never been warmer.

Great timing and organisational skills. Never had to worry and got on with the job. Set the standard for the other people we had working on our renovation.

We received four quotes and Jays detailed quote stood out. He was head and shoulders above everyone else. No hard sale and no pushy up sell. Explained everything to us exactly how it would be. Worked towards out time scale and helped us with other trades.
