He quickly responded to phone call or email inquiries. He went far and beyond what was expected. I was so happy with his service that I recommended him to a few of my friends traveling with us. I really appreciated the emails that provided me several flight options and the pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately the travel times did not suit my needs and I was able to find flights that better matched my plans. When the agent (Ian) called to follow-up a few days later, I told him what I had found. He asked for a quick moment to see if he could do better and he not only found me a direct flight but saved me several hundreds of dollars over the best fares I could find elsewhere.
