The product, a roll of layflat tubing, arrived promptly. About 5% of the roll was badly frayed making it un-usable. Otherwise satisfied.

"Poor choice of Courier"

An exceptionally poor choice of courier who took several days to deliver ,and then did not even dump the parcel at my door, but at the door of a neighbour a distance away without even letting her know that he had been there! There had been no attempt made to find me. This is not the first time I have experienced such behaviour from this courier.
I would suggest that this company, with whose supplied articles I can find no fault, change their delivery methods.
