The product purchased was found after a long search as I wanted a match to something already owned. Sadly, when the picture frame arrived it was damaged but on contacting StrutiDesigns they were quick to respond. So it's not always about the product but how well and quickly a business deal with a problem.
They did and I would not hesitate to order again.

i was very impressed with the service, I ordered on a Monday morning and the items were on their way to me by the afternoon. I had a query and rang customer service - they answered promptly and my query was answered. The reason I have dropped a star is because after I had ordered I then read on the website that Royal Mail Tracking was standard for orders over a certain amount but at checkout I had been charged for this service. To be fair, I had clicked on this service, but not sure if I needed to if it was free - a little confusing. Other than that, my first experience with Shruti was excellent and I would recommend this company..
