"Worst customer service experience ever"

If I could give this company no stars I would. Whoever is behind their FB message needs to be fired. They are the most unprofessional company I have encountered. If I could load the messages from today I would. You can view my messages on Yelp. Just horrible. I tried to look them up on the BBB website and couldn't find them. I was accused of trying to receive a free service and all I was wondering was why should I pay for service that wasn't rendered first. I was threatened by them today as well and I screen shot all the messages and sent them to my lawyer. I was going to use them in the past and I didn't. I'm so glad I went with someone else. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you see them on your Facebook timeline just keep scrolling.
