"Good seller, but tiles not adhesive enough"

Seller delivered next day as promised so I have no issues at all with the service provided, however the supposedly adhesive tiles are not that sticky, despite me following the fitting instructions to the letter

The delivery was really fast, much appreciated.
The packs of 4 tiles were well packed in the boxes so no issues with any of the tiles, which are a lovely colour, some variations over them of course but not a problem.
I'm not a particularly good decorator/tile fixer but I'm enjoying the new experience!
