"Great experience and easy to deal with"

I sent two bikes to Bike-hero. One to get a bronze level service and the other got basically rebuilt with a lot of new parts. It was really easy to book and to explain what I needed, and we agreed on the rough budget for the rebuild (and parts) in advance. Bikes were picked up at a time that was easy for me and returned very quickly. Both jobs were done really well. I mainly dealt with the mechanic Max who is probably one of the best in London area.
