"Classic Specs"

Ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. The lenses were terrible (the near sighted part was far too low). Inquired about fixing the lenses, but was told that was not possible. The previous owners of ClassicSpecs had flawless customer service. Perhaps why they went out of business. The customer service of the current owners is atrocious.
