"One of a kind"

Not normally one to leave reviews but this is one of those occasions where I felt the need to .
Fogghaus set themselves apart from others with incredible value always on offer and astounding customer service. Nothing is ever too much for them
Great customer service is hard to come by these days in my experience. And I have never been disappointed with the level of care displayed by the team at fogghaus.
Such a vast range of products available which is always being added to.

The service recieved was best around and customer service is outstanding should you have any issues like I did with a faulty bit of kit and issue was resolved straight away no hassle at all 100% reccomend to anybody

"Absolutely awesome customer service"

So just wanted everyone to know how brilliant the service is that you get from this company. I wanted to buy something that wasn’t showing on their website so I messaged them and within an hour I had a reply and they gave me details on how to pay but also done me an absolute jaw dropping discount and said it will be posted Monday but on the Saturday had a message saying that dpd have got my parcel. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service and care. These guy’s went above and beyond.

Bought two liquids from this website however I didn’t put my email into the order receipt which it then said I required after confirming the payment, the money has left my bank account and I have no order number or receipt.EDIT- I have already sent an email to your company and haven’t received a reply.


Edit- this is the email I have used twice now. My mobile is 07584146086 and email is nathanm0078atgmail.com

I would still like my order I do not want a refund, however if it is not possible to ship my order than obviously refund.

Have used a couple of times and had good service although the last time I had 1 vape that was broken and leaking and the other didn’t work at all, I emailed and they gave me a voucher code for the 2 vapes but when I have now tried to log on and use them, the website no longer works, have also tried to email by replying to a previous email and that bounced back too! Very strange!

"No Response!"

DPD failed to deliver, despite me being home. Marked the order as being returned to sender. I have sent three separate emails regarding my order and have yet to get a response, it has been weeks. I had such positive experiences before now, but this has completely put me off of ordering from them again.

Update:

I have received this same reply in an email. While I appreciate the refund for the order I didn’t receive, and I confirm that DPD were in the wrong for their delivery service, I left this review for your company due to the lack of contact I received from you. I ordered from you and received no reply to multiple emails, so yes I have left a review for the correct company. I have confirmed the email address in my email reply, it is the same email address I have spoken to customer service with previously, and the same address you emailed me from. So you may claim to not have received my emails, but either that is false, or you have a problem with your email system that needs looking in to. As I said, I appreciate the refund and finally getting back to me, but it’s a shame that it only happened after I left a negative review on here for the public to see.
