"Harrasment and lost money for nothing."

This was the second time I have used the company in Turkey for a booking. The first one was for two years ago with a horrible experience and denial in last second and loads of promises for which they have never called again. I thought, maybe they have improved, but it's still the same company, just with you until you click the reserve button on their website, after that, it becomes a pure nightmare with the rental companies they're working with. For days ago I have reserved and just wanted to ask their rental company Windycars how I can reach their office and what I need, no response for days. Then on the day when I needed the car urgently for hospital visit outside the city, they have called me from Yolcu360 and wanted to make background check on phone, what a trustworthy company. However I agreed, then they told me I can't do it with my green background and high profile cards, at last minute, sold me a car from another with lower quality and did another background check. After so much hassle, I went to this company in the city, 12 Kms with a taxi, just to see a bunch of people, totally not trustworthy and not willing to work, in an office called mobileup. What they did? Another background check, as I am at court for criminal records. Finally when I have arrived at the car with the guy, a basic car which has absolutely nothing for the extra more payment, I had few questions about the car and their/my safety, he just went back. When I heard something under the car, I called them to make sure before leaving, he just ordered me to get out of the car and he want to give me a manual, this time even lower quality, when I urged at least a better one, they started like carpet sellers to negotiate. I left the office and said just cancel, called a taxi, this time the office guy just drove with the guy in front of me, crossed me and tried me to agree still for a manual car with absolute horrible quality and same arguments going on and on. When I called Yolcu360, they just made promises and guaranteed to find me a car, but instead after an hour, they called me back, made me guilty instead of the rental company, offered me the same conditions from the very same company who has harassed me, over and over again. When I saw it has no meaning, I just wanted to cancel if not wished car or condition from another company, ended the call. Then the harrasment of Yolcu360 started with different numbers calling me tens of times. İt's just sad. I am a cancer patient going for an important appointment, and sadly needed to rescheduled my time, paid two times for the hotel, made new appointment for the next day, paid extra for a bus ride as a sick man between other people who can infect me, and now here totally exhausted and almost dead. My money is also still withheld and not paid back to my card. Just warning everyone, if you want to get harrassed, lose your money, day and end up with huge frustration, then this is the company for you. Stay away.

"Ich hatte durchweg schlechte Erfahrung"

Ich hatte durchweg schlechte Erfahrung. Zunächst müssten wir das Auto bzw. für die Übergabe zuständige Personen suchen. Wir landeten in einem dunklen Parkhaus, wo wir nicht sehen konnten, was wir übernahmen.
Überrascht müssten wir feststellen, dass Yolcu360 eine Mietgebühr erhalten hat, jedoch ohne Versicherung. Vor Ort müssten wir Versicherung bezahlen. Obwohl vorher keine Rede von Depositzahlung war, müssten wir auch noch Deposit zahlen bzw. bei Checkkarte blockieren lassen.
Zusammengefasst müssten wir noch einmal fast die gleiche Summe bezahlen, die wir für Autovermietung an Yolcu 360 bereits bezahlt hatten.

Das war leider nicht alles!
Wir hatten das Auto am Abend bzw. in der Nacht übernommen. Nach dem wir die beleuchtete Straßen inder Stadt verlassen hatten, müssten wir feststellen, dass der Abblendlicht rechts defekt war. Wir haben direkt die Firma Circular Car Hire angerufen. Sie haben gesagt, sie werden sich in Kürze zurückmelden. Zurückgemeldet hat sich aber niemand, weder an diesem Abend noch in den nächsten Tagen. Ich habe das Licht selbst selbst reparieren lassen.
Ich könnte noch einiges erzählen aber ich will dabei belassen. Ich war bzw. bin rundum unzufrieden sowohl mit Yolcu360 noch mit der Circular Car Hire.

"Not good at all"

Not good at all! Made a booking for Japan but got no car there. Try to call the hotline, said it's english but the turkish Support couldn't speak a word english. Had to made the whole vacation without a car.

"kein online storno, keine english sprechenden Agenten"

Avoid!!!! no english service

Nicht zuviel erwarten von diesem neuen Player in der Mietwagen online Szene (Türkei).

Buchen geht alles gut durch, Geld wird abgebucht (in Euro aber in Istanbul - für manche Kreditkarten fallen hierbei 2-4% Auslandseinsatz an).

Problem 1:
KEINE Änderung oder Stornierung online möglich.
Man wird gezwungen eine Nummer in den USA, Türkei oder UK anzurufen

Problem 2:
Agenten sprechen KEIN Wort Englisch!

Problem 3: wenn man dann doch mal einen english-sprechenden Agenten erwischt, kann der nichts machen, sondern man bietet einen Rückruf an.

Problem 4: der Rückrufagnet spricht gut english versucht aber in alter Reisebüro Manier dem Kunden das Storno wieder abzuquatschen. 2022 ist aber nicht 1990 liebe Yolcu360. Der Kunde ist gewöhnt ohne große Diskussionen seine Buchung zu stornieren.

Es wird gesagt:
"Sie können die notwendige Stornierung vornehmen, in dem Sie uns 48 Stunden vorher anrufen."
Es fehlt: "Voraussetzung, dass Sie türkisch sprechen"

ja, war ein guter Preis die 40% black-Week Rabatt aber so wird das nichts mit eurem globalen online Reisebüro....

Kiralama aşamasında telefon ile çok yardımcı olundu, kiralamayı Samos adasında yapmıştım, yanlış anlaşılma sonucu havaalanından almam gereken aracı vathy limanında bekledim, telefon ile ulaştığım Gamze hanım firma ile irtibata geçip aracı bulunduğumuz otele getirmelerini sağladı, teslim ederkende yine Samos merkez Vathy limanından iade etmemi organize etti, kendisine ilgisi ve pozitif yaklaşımı nedeniyle ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. :)
