"Could have been better!"

First time user of this company.
I had some valentines flowers sent to my girlfriend. The freshness of 75% of the bunch of flowers couldn't have been better, however some of the roses, the remaining 25%, was almost poor, only lasted a couple of days.
So slightly disappointed, but overall OK, hence my 3 stars.
Will probably use again to give them another chance before looking elsewhere.

friendly helpful person on the phone, advised me on what to go for and prices etc, and delivered to my hotel room, very good service, also my girlfriend loved the flowers, mission completed!

Ordered valentine's flowers for my wife to be delivered to her office, no more than 300 yards away from the shop. I went to the shop at 4:45pm that day and they couldn't even find out for sure if any drivers had been given the flowers, so they gave me a pre-made bunch which looked like crap. I was just in shock so left with them, didn't even have my personalised message card. Didn't get my delivery charge refunded either!

£52 for crap flowers I had to deliver myself...

Never again!

I ordered flowers for delivery to a special friend. Delivery took place before lunch on the day as requested. No hassle ordering service and my friend was delighted with the flowers and the chocolates too. There was a special promotion for free delivery.

Ordered for valentines day a week and a half in advance. Flowers arrived to my girlfriend at 1630 and chocolates that were meant to accompany did not arrive until the next day.

All from Ferguson flowers it was a lovely way to make big sister feel involved right from the moment new sister arrived. Thanks for making the homecoming more special for everyone.

Valentines flowers did not arrive to my girlfriends work, so i phoned customer services who said they would send them to her home address that evening. They never arrived so that's me in the bad books until next year. I phoned again the next day and was told i would get a refund, free flowers as ordered, chocolates and a written apology. Flowers did arrive but were not the colour ordered and no apology, so i will use another company in future as valentines flowers on the 15th does your love life no favours!

I asked for the flowers and chocolates to be delivered before a certain time. They were delivered and the recipient was impressed with the quality of the bouquet.

The product was for Valentines day and it was delivered on time. It was exactly what was shown in the pictures online and was perfect.
Especially good service considering I got the address wrong and they had phoned me up the same day I placed the order to check and correct it!
