The dropper in my bottle of serum broke in half inside the bottle so I contacted customer services. Received a very quick response and they have promptly sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Love your products. Have been using them for 3 years. It has done wonders for smoothing out my skin. It looks more hydrated and even, I also noticed improvements with my energy/mood levels.

It would be even better if you could re-evaluate your packaging. I like the 'on the go' sachet idea but I think it would it be better if the collagen was in some sort of sqeezy bottle or pipette type bottle so it reduces waste can but still manage dosages?
