"Amazing experience "

If I could give 10 stars I would this company was amazing to deal from the very beginning, Suzie was so attentive and listened to what we wanted and was a pleasure to deal with!! Bruno and his guys were a great team any question or query I had it was was answered no problem , great with time keeping and very clean no mess was left behind !! The log cabin itself is fantastic have been threw storm eowyn and very cold weather with not a mark on it from either ! A great price log cabin with an amazing , friendly team 100% would reccomend to anyone looking for there forever home 🥰 thank you so much guys !!!

Communication throughout was excellent. Suzie answered all queries promptly and politely. Bruno and his staff were very professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. They worked very hard, despite challenging weather to complete the build. They were a joy to have at the house. I am very satisfied with the completed build. It is very warm and cozy without additional heat. It is also very quiet inside due to the insulation, which makes it ideal for the purpose of yoga. I highly recommend Cosy Cabins

I cannot thank Bruno and his team enough, together they have the knowledge/experience and craftsmanship that in my opinion is unrivalled and extremely hard to find these days. From start to finish the relevant information was shared and step by step explained to the finest detail. No question was left unanswered, trust me I asked a lot of questions. While the team was here, we got to know them personally and we missed having them around when the project of our three bed cabin was complete. Saying that I would recommend this company is an understatement, this is the company you need for this type of project. This company offers extras as standard where others charge extra for the same. From the quality of the timber to the quality of the build, I will have Cosy Cabins back again for future projects. Thank you so much for everything lads. Fantastic work.

Couldn’t fault them from start to finish. I was quite particular in what I wanted and they nailed everything to a T. Bruno and his team were so friendly to work with and did everything I asked for. Their work ethic and attention to detail is amazing. The amount of compliments and people enquiring about my cabin is amazing and I would 100% reccomend them for anyone. I wanted my cabin as a beauty salon/makeup parlour and they made it just that I went for the cavan cabin 4x3m and it turned out stunning! Just enough space for me! Thanks again to bruno and the team we couldn’t be happier and they were so easy to deal with!

"Fantastic company that works very hard to provide your perfect cabin"

I met with Bruno in his centre in cavan on the 4th of March 2024 and I found him to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable man. I had looked at what I wanted and because I was stung in the past with surprise charges, I mentioned that I didn't want any surprise charges or seeking extra, and to please give me the total bill required. I was looking for the "full turn key package".

For a 4m x 4m cabin, fully insulated, very high quality windows and doors, heater, fully painted interior and exterior and beautiful wooden floor, it came to €15000. (Bruno even provided a generous discount to reduce to this price)

There was a bit of a wait (About 4/5 weeks) as the cabin had to be transported by truck (flat packed) from Lithuania. As soon as it was loaded Bruno informed me and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

When It arrived Bruno and Donatus set to work, They built the entire cabin in just two days (approx 14 hour days). Then came the building of the walls which they had to cut and measure themselves before assembly.

Unfortunately there was a slight mis-communication early on as I mentioned I wanted the full turn-key package which included electricity and paint BUT, I had misread the communications. Bruno's estimate for electricity on the website is €1000 but ours came in at €1500 after getting an expensive quote for €3500, I looked for a local spark and found Jamie Casey of JCI electrical, who did an amazing and tidy job at well under half the original quote.

The second thing I'd missed was the cost of the paint. At this stage we were over budget as I had asked for the full quote at the start, I neglected to notice that Bruno did mention he would get a paint quote later.

When later arrived, we had to rely on credit cards as the loan was used up. Moral of the story, read the texts and get a larger loan for overheads. Also some of the paint was over estimated as 20L was requested for outside and 20L for inside. They need spot primer, which costs approx €80 for 2.5L and they need 10L , I bought 2.5L and Bruno bought the rest at his expense. They need a seperate paint for the windows and door frames. I could only afford 4L which I got from a wonderful family run online company paintonline.ie for €103. There was paint leftover, 10L was used for inside and a little over that for outside and the window frame paint had 1 tin remaining. So I think it's worth knowing exactly what you need before purchasing everything.

In the end I have a beautiful log cabin, built by an amazing company with a fantastic work ethic, They really want you to be happy with the final build and take great pains to ensure you get your moneys worth. Both Bruno and Donatus are great fun and leave a very clean area. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If only there were 6 stars.
