"Self Care With Zoom…"

I've just been on a Self Care With Zoom session with Rebecca and she provided a wonderful calm space to discuss how I was feeling and time to think through some issues, with sound practical ideas how to go forward from here. Advice that was explained through a deep understanding of body and mind and put in very understandable terms.
I've put these into practice immediately and I know they will become part of my happy future.

Another super relaxing massage with Rebecca. At the time I had hurt my back and was really stiff and couldn't walk or function very easily. However after the massage I felt the back and hip had eased and by a day or so later I was walking without feeling really uncomfortable anymore. Usually I need to see an osteopath to sort this (recurring, genetic) issue out but the massage worked a treat and was a lot nicer than an osteopath visit! :) Many thanks.

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the masseuse. She created a very relaxing atmosphere and proceeded with the utmost care and sensitivity. She managed to find those painful and tense spots on my back and shoulders (and even my arms!) and dealt with them expertly. The massage was pure bliss. My back and neck pain were all but gone and I kept feeling its benefits many days after the treatment. It improved my mood and energy levels. I will definitely come back for more, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
