"I signed up by mistake to advertize my…"

I signed up by mistake to advertize my small business through this company. I started the fee installment, then tried to cancel and they did not allow me to cancel. Hence, I continued to have them deduct the total fee of $1500 on my credit card. During the duration of the months that this company is suppose to put my business ad on the shopping carts on the FoodMaxx within our zip code, I went to check the supposedly ad that I paid. I checked all the carts and there was no business ad for my business. I called the customer service of Food Maxx about this issue and they said this company is not connected with Food Maxx. I disputed the fees on my credit card and the credit card company refunded back $295.95 The company tried to collect this $295.95 again from me. and now even in collection case. I am also filing a collection case against this horrible company

"HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST! SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!"

I am only giving one star because I have to but if it were my choice I would give zero stars! I have expressed on several occasions and have made every attempt to share my frustration with Indoor Media, Salesman, Customer Care and other representatives since September of 2023, with little to no response! Not one person took the time to find a solution. All that was shared was that I was not "allowed" to back out of this program after the salesman verbally shared that we could if it wasn't working. I have a witness to his testimony. I have felt like I have been taken advantage of as a small business owner that I invested into a company that made promises this would work and it would help support my business! It didn't! I am extremely frustrated as the promises made when we sat in my salon were not met. Rick spoke of this advertising campaign as a marathon, but in six months we have had all three guests utilize the printed coupons. If you ask me, we haven't even started the race. I had poured a huge investment into this and as a small business owner to only get three people in the span of six months, that's definitely not money well spent!
I have already opened a case with BBB, reported Indoor Media to the federal trade commission, made my accountants, credit card company’s and business lawyers aware of this current situation and bad practices of Indoor Media.
Now they are reaching out to collect another debt after I have already paid a settlement amount! They are saying that the amount I disputed back in Feburary was in fact included in the settlement total that I paid back in April which was completed with a receipt and message of completion! Today they coming back three months later to say that I owe more because they didn't know I disputed a charge in February but literally stated in the email that it was INCLUDED in the statement and settlement amount I made a payment to in April, literally two months after the dispute. Make this make sense!! F this company! They should be investigated for fraud, and harassment!

"Duped as well"

It appears we were duped as well. $3500 later and just thankful it's finally over. The absolutely worst ROI I have ever seen - when I complained I was told that I needed to talk up the coupon online. Isn't the purpose of the ad to Drive in new customers. If I have to tell someone about the coupon - I don't need the coupon. Another business around the corner from us got taken with this too. This will go down as my largest expense mistake out of any things I've done that have cost my business money. Don't make the same mistake I did.

"INDOORMEDIA your WORST investment"

This company approached my business as the great company that can bring you more clients, even arguing that its results are much better than those provided by Google Ads. They would ask me to accept an annual plan that I refused, they told me that at least 6 months in that time I would see the great results that it is to advertise with them, DON'T FALL, IT'S TOTALLY FALSE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! In 3 months no new clients, ZERO RESULTS!!!! For the next 3 months I did not approve the printing of the ad, now they want me to pay them for a service that is NOT WORTH ANYTHING!!!! and above all that it was not authorized by me!!!
I give it one star because I have to give something but this is directed at SMALL BUSINESS!!!! THERE ARE NO RESULTS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WHAT THEY OFFER IS FALSE!!!!

Esta empresa se acerco a mi negocio como la gran empresa que puede traerte mas clientes, argumentando, inclusivemente, que sus resultados son mucho mejores que los que te brinda google ads. querian que acepte un plan anual, al cual me negue, me dijeron que minimo 6 meses, que en ese tiempo veria los grandes resultados que es anunciar con elllos, NO CAIGAN ES TOTALMENTE FALSO!!!! NO BOTEN SU DINERO!!! en 3 meses ningun cliente nuevo, CERO RESULTADOS!!!! para los siguientes 3 meses no aprobe la impresion del anuncio ahora pretenden que les pague por un servicio que NO VALE NADA!!!! y sobre todo que no fue autorizado por mi persona!!!
Le doy una estrella porque tengo que dar algo, pero esto va dirigido a PEQUEÑOS NEGOCIOS!!!! NO HAY RESULTADOS NO DESPERDICIEN SU DINERO, LO QUE OFRECEN ES FALSO!!!!

"worst advertising decision EVER!"

Could be the worst advertising decision I’ve ever made. They said my ads would go live in September, then moved it to October. It is now about 1 week away from the new year and the ads are still not up. The accounts receivable department called me trying to collect a payment. The lady I spoke with said that the ads have been up since September and sent me a picture of two shopping carts with my add on them. I told her that I went to the site and my ads were clearly not up. She then told me that they were doing an audit and would be reprinting and “re-installing” the ads. I want to cancel but can’t. The accounts receivable lady said that the contract is non-cancellable.

"Do not work with these people at all"

Do not work with these people at all! The sales rep promises you loads of new clients and delivers none. Telling you this is better than marketing on Facebook or Google! Not a single call, walk-in, not even a friend saying, "Hey, I saw your ad!" If they walking to your business do yourself a favor and escort them out!

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!"

This was the absolute worst marketing experience I have had as a business owner for over 10 years! I just opened my new studio, covid took my last one, but I love what I do so im trying again, Then comes Indoormedia telling me that there advertising works and would help bring me lots of new customers in my area. Well I spent $5,000 and not 1 person came in, NOT EVEN 1! They never even offered to change the graphics. This severely hurt my family business, I tried to let them know but all they wanted was there $$$.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! DONE NOT WORK!!!

"RUN! Spend your ad dollars on ANYTHING else."

Wish I could give this company and its representatives/sales people -5 stars. They will impress you with the sheer thousands of customers visiting the store, than dazzle you with the odds if only "a percentage" utilize your coupon. But although we offered a 20% coupon on a Very Popular Product, we didn't even make back the $440/mo. ad cost!! We began in March, 2023 and after I threatened to sue them for false representation, they finally agreed to accept $1750 to finish out the contract. That's cash flushed down the toilet. Our ad looked professional (designed by their team) but this form of advertising just doesn't work. And you won't get your money back because you sign a year contract. I hesitated at first for a reason- the sales schtick was too slick. Should've listened to my intuition. Spend that money on SEO or your website or pizza. Please don't invest in this ad product.

"This company will trick you with a…"

This company will trick you with a slick salesman. Ask for a lot of $ upfront . And then u stuck into a contract that is completely non refundable. I'm going through a very rough time and no matter what u are STUCK! ITS A SCAM
