I would like to thank you most sincerely for your utmost professionalism and kindness in preparing my son's treatment plan.

We had sent you some details of my son's issues with his teeth and Orthodontic treatment that his regular dentist in Sydney had suggested in 2023

You are so nice and spent your precious time reviewing the plan to give us some comments and other options. And as always, you put the client's interest as the first priority to obtain the best outcome for the patient (and not for your own benefit to earn more money). You suggested that the best outcome would depend on where my son would be planning on spending most of his time over the next year or so; If he were to come to the UK to study, then perhaps it would be better to have the treatment done here in the UK but if he studies in Sydney, then it will probably be better to follow the treatment plan from the dentist in Sydney.

In November 2024, we informed you that we would be coming over to London in December 2024 and be staying here for a while for my son's UK University interviews during January 2025 and you suggested that we could meet up for a general teeth health check. We are so lucky to be able to book the appointment on the first working day after the Christmas break as you are so popular and usually patients need to wait at least a few months to be able to make a booking.

You performed a comprehensive review and investigation of my son's teeth and took the X-rays for him on 7th January 2025.

We have found that his wisdom teeth have grown in the wrong way (not straight) and are impacting other teeth nearby and so it is best to take out the problem wisdom teeth as soon as possible. As food might get stuck at the back of his wisdom teeth and decay which could cause inflammation and infection to the roots and nerves leading to severe pain and requiring emergency treatment. You highlighted to my son that he needs to clean his teeth thoroughly to ensure the back of his teeth must be kept clean to reduce the possibility of the inflammation and you very kindly showed him the best way in how to clean his teeth.

Due to the urgency of his wisdom teeth impacting his other teeth, you straight away discussed the problem with your colleagues and arranged a special Dental Plan for him on the same day.

As this is the first time for my son to have his wisdom teeth taken out and because it is quite a complex task, you arranged with the surgeon, Dr. Yusuf, to have a preliminary meeting on 17th Jan with us in order to give us comfort and know more about the whole dental plan. We discussed with Dr Yusuf about the procedure for the wisdom teeth extraction planned for 27 January 2025, the pros and cons of Intravenous Sedation and he calmed our fears and explained everything we needed to be aware of to reassure us and also offered us a follow up meeting and check-up on 31 January. As we are planning to take a long flight, (over 20 hours from London to Sydney) on 1 Feb 2025, you wanted to ensure that everything is fine and we are fit to take a long haul flight following the surgery.

Every time I meet you, I can feel that you are always acting in the best interests for your clients, and you are always putting them as first priority instead of monetary gain. In addition, you pay particular attention to the patient's feelings and concerns. You always inform the patient what you plan to do next before you take any action and always take the time to fully explain to the patient what will be happening and in answering any queries or questions they had, no matter how trivial it may seem to be.

Having experienced the workmanship and attention to detail of many dentists I can now know and appreciate the difference in care and attention. There can be a huge contrast when you encounter two different dentists; one is greedy for money and ignores the client's long term benefit. The other is willing to sacrifice his monetary benefit and just wants to act for the best interest for his patient although he might earn less and need to work much longer, but this is good for his patient.

In order to provide a better treatment for your patients, you are always keeping abreast with the newest developments in dentistry. You have excellent skills and you also like to share your experience, knowledge and skills to train other junior dental students.

Overall, you are such a decent person, with a good heart, always looking after your patient, and being open and sharing your skills with the junior dentists.

Therefore, I encourage my son to learn from you and to become a good doctor like you in the future.

I believe that you are an Angel that God has sent to the world to help everyone in need.

I would highly recommend you to anyone who wants a good dentist, as you are excellent and you are by far and away the best dentist that has ever worked on my teeth.

"Unprofessional Arrogant young dentist "

I had a crown placed in a wrong way by another dental practice close to my house , as I was in pain I booked an appointment at Fulham Dental Clinic .
The young dentist (I don’t know her name ) she is small ,with long black hair , she was extremely rude and arrogant and did’t do anything to fix the crown!
That was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this place who employs bad dentists .

"Utterly Perfect Treatment & Care"

Utterly perfect. A crown dropped of on Tuesday 21st May. I walked in at 9am on Wednesday 22nd May and got an emergency appointment for 1.15pm. I showed up on time, was whisked into my appointment, treated with the utmost care and walked out 30 minutes later with everything in perfect working order. I could not have wished for better treatment right on my doorstep in Fulham. Actually I had the in-house whitening done there before and it was SO GOOD I feel bad I never wrote about it. Having received such 1st class service I am incentivised to write about both.....Really lovely and professional team. There practice is clean, well equipped, friendly and honest. I highly recommend Fulham Dental Clinic.

"Make sure you get a second opinion! "

I visited the clinic as I needed an emergency appointment due to a cracked tooth. After this was fixed they told I needed six fillings which I was shocked at. I requested my x-rays from them in order to get a second opinion which was met with a lot of objection. Once I had received the x-rays I took these to a dentist I have used for years who confirmed I did not need a single filling at all and that my teeth had not changed since I last went to the dentist 2 years ago! Had I not gone for a second opinion I would have been charged £1000 on work on my teeth that was not required. Do not trust them and make sure you get a second opinion before agreeing to dental treatment.

"Not to be trusted"

FDC is not to be trusted ... the present you a plan which you are offered to pay in advance and then try to charge you extra sessions before accepting to finish the initial plan. The most appealing dental clinic I have ever seen !
