"House Purchase"

Purchased a property from Charlotte at Fox Grant Property Specialists on February 2021 and completed on June 1st 2021.
Charlotte and her Team kept us informed right from the start until the very end. We had a hiccup on the day of exchange as the owners decided to pull out from the sale. We were all devastated but after a week of negotiations with the owners, Charlotte and her Team manage to persuade them to carry on with the sale which they did and they expressed to us how sorry they were to have put us through all the upset. After an awful week of not knowing it turned out incredibly well.
Would like to thank Charlotte and her amazing Team for all the efforts that they put in on our behalf, we would not be in our new home without them.
We would not hesitate to use Fox Grant again in the future if we decided to sell. Many many thanks to you all again.
