First time transporting a vehicle and trust me was just like everyone reading these reviews and skeptical about it because every company had bad reviews and storys of certain situations but people need to understand the broker is giving you a quote and prices will change depending on the truck company thats willing to transport your vehicle seemed to be one of the biggest causes of bad reviews claiming these companies are frauds but since the beginning John Smith was very attentive with me but never over loaded my phone with calls or messages pushing his services like other brokers, gave me a good quote from TX to NY then gave me several options and prices until we agreed with one that worked for me, after getting everything situated and the transport company picked up my vehicle he stayed in contact with me and anytime I called to get an update he always responded very quickly and let me know the status of my vehicle, my truck was delivered without any problems and was very thankful I chose headway to transport my vehicle.
