"Excellent customer service, fast delivery and great product choice"

I purchased Tetenal (Savage) Trans-Lum 1,37m x 5,48m which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the UK, it is a roll of transclucent plastic great to use as a photography backdrop or diffusion material. I called to ask about the product and they were extremely helpful and the product was delivered promptly by courrier. I was very happy with the service and the product - thank you for stocking this item it has been so difficult to find!

I have done about 10 purchases fromHDEW and have found them totally reliable about dates give or take one day once.
The cameras (3) were totally as advertised, Canon
Lenses the same
The only real difference was the much lower prices charged
I have never used returns service, so can't comment on that, although the guarantees are far in excess of UK high street ones
Only thing not so good is telephone answering but maybe their prices don't allow any spare staffing
