Max was amazing. He was helpful every step of the way and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered questions in a way we could understand and was so patient when we had a raft of follow up questions. He responded quickly to emails even when overseas on holiday. The whole process took quite a time to work through and we don't know what would have done without Max.
