Company doesn't seem to be trading:
Tried to buy a rug on their website but at checkout an error message said "This store isn't set up to receive orders yet - Contact the store directly for help" Emailed them and received this error message from gmail:
"Your message wasn't delivered to [the contact email listed] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."
Their last Facebook post was in 2020.
Disappointed and wondering why website still exists.

"Absolute Rubbish, 8 Days. Cancelled my order no Refund!"

Absolute rubbish. Ordered 2 identical rugs and awaited delivery. 8 days later they just cancelled my order. Zero contact, zero explanation. They say they have refunded my PayPal payment. Which they haven’t!! So I have no rugs and no money! When I then check their website the same rugs are still available at exactly the same price so what was the issue! The checkout even allowed me to add 50 to the basket and start the reorder so stock levels shows them as still being available. Totally and utterly useless regards customer care! Beware if you order with in the week they could just cancel your order say they’re refunded you when they haven’t and leave you thinking zero stars would be more what they should score! Such a pity, the website looks fantastic but looks like it shouldn’t be rugsandrooms but emptyrooms to go with their empty promises. Also hold10 for 10% discount Thursday only!! Wow that’s basically what it had said the Wednesday I ordered it’s a scam they just make profit from holding your money! Would never consider using again, ever! It looks like I’ll be talking to PayPal to get my money back as they seem to have cancelled my order and kept my money. To all those out there you have been warned!!!
