"My son wanted to get this shower head…"
My son wanted to get this shower head and I was very skeptical of the site because it kept trying to get you to purchase additional items. I would decline it, then it would prompt another item to add. Once it did that after the 4th time, I was over it, and felt very uncomfortable about the whole process. I started backing out pushing the back out arrow to leave the site. I even asked my son to clear his internet browser history and cookies hoping that my card info I put in there initially would be wiped / cleared and they wouldn’t access my card. I never clicked submit or went to a confirmation page. This was all on 8/30/2024. I check my account today and see the charge on my card. Immediately called my bank to report this fraudulent charge. Looking at all the reviews on here, I can see that I am not the only one who experienced this. The site is so deceptive, and basically forces consumers into things they did not agree to. Bad website and pushy sales of unnecessary added items. I am very upset about all of this! My son is autistic and I just feel very preyed upon. ShowerEnvy, fix your site, and start acting trustworthy if you want to be a good business, because this just screams fraudulent.

Nortex manufactures a defective product prone to break while only being used a couple of times. I had 2 showers before the setting control on the shower head became dysfunctional. The shower only operates on one setting now. I had it professionally installed so that it cannot be blamed on the installation. I ordered this last year but did not have the time or money to get it installed until a few weeks ago when I had called a plumber for another job. I am very unhappy that when I called today for a replacement I was denied by the customer service team due to the refund policy. I said that if this was defective it was going to break even if it was used within the time frame of the return policy. But that did not matter to the customer service team. So help outside of the refund policy is what I am looking for. If you truly believe in your product it should be no trouble for you to replace it when it literally broke after only 2 showers. So far very dissatisfied with the product and your policies.

The product seems to be working pretty well so far. Just started using it this week. The instructions are not very well. Had to put the first one together to get the second one just right the first time. Lol.

The shower head itself works great and I really like it.
The issue is the VIP membership. When you place your order there is no charge listed for this membership. You receive an email that instructs you to activate it. There is no mention of a monthly fee.
I started getting charged $37.75 per month. I tried reaching out multiple times by phone, email and online request for over a month. I finally reached them by phone today.
The representative continuously pushed me into keeping the membership despite repeatedly requesting to cancel it. Finally after 13 minutes he cancelled it.
It’s really sad that this VIP membership tainted an otherwise good experience.

Customer service helped me fix my order immediately after I messed up. I have been using this product for over a year now. I am on a well that produces very hard water and I am still amazed at the difference it makes!

I am new to ShowerEnvy & Nortex.
I must say that the Customer Support Team has been like no other! I purchased two shower heads, kept one and gave the other to a friend who has not been well. I am hoping this will help her in some way. Perhaps a good shower with a shower head that purifies our water will begin her day feeling a little better. I pray this company continues its success!

"Hooked it up"
Hooked it up, ran great until I pushed the stop button on handle. It started spewing water everywhere. Tried reinstalling and still leaked. Through the whole thing away. Also, my credit card number was hacked and now receive attempted charges every few weeks. Do not trust this company.
