This hose feels way better than the plastic one that came with my old shower head. It's flexible but still feels really sturdy. Haven't had any leaks or issues in 3 months of use.

I ordered a filter for the Kitchen sink. they sent an adapfor the shower. They admit it wrong doing.
Instead Of sending right adapter. They offer twenty percent off of price and told me to go to home depot to buy Part. Home depot and Ace Hardware And private Plumbing company do not have Part. I told alyssa I cannot find it and she should send me the right part. They Return 20% $6 back to my account.And I still cannot use my filter. So i'm out of thirty seven dollars and she's not answering my emails. They do not stand behind their product. All I asked for is the proper part to set up the filter or a full return. To shop elsewhere. So instead of having a 20% discount, I'm 80% in the hole. I have a filter that I can not use And I still Have to purchase a whole new one from another Carrier. After posting this review I finally received an email from them. It was to inform me that I was being removed from some V I P special customers promo list , as if stiffing me wasn't punishment enough.

Bought this after my friend recommended it & don't regret it at all. The pressure is amazing compared to my old shower head. Water bill went down too, which was unexpected but great.

I installed one in my bathroom and one in the guest bathroom. My guest and I both loved it so much! It delivers filtered, soft water which makes my hair and skin feel great. There is enough pressure to rinse the shampoo from my hair, even though it feels like a gentle rain. Love it!

tried to return after receiving ,due to space constraints , the company doesn't explain that a purchase of a hose of an extra charge is needed. its bulkier then I thought . the company response is to reduce price and just keep it ,which doesn't make it fit any better . I feel ripped off, and company not responding

Started using this shower head three weeks ago & my hair feels way softer. The mineral balls definitely filter out something bad that was in my water. Really happy with how my hair looks nowadays.

BEWARE- they auto enroll you into a subscription for $37.78 a month but don’t send you anything. The product showed no benefit and I bought the shower envy shower head. Scam. I’d never recommend this company. Once I caught the recurring fees and requested a full refund they never replied nor refunded me.

"No improved pressure & cost is twice the amount"

No improved pressure, Water is softer. Big problem, I have been charged Additional 37.50 for 2 times for 2 months before I caught it.

My skin used to get so itchy after showers, but not anymore. The filtered water made such a big difference for my sensitive skin. Gonna buy this for my mom too since she has the same issues.
