"Quote was not correct"

Quote was not correct. They complained they needed more vans and men. They moaned about the length of time it took. Refused to remove everything and held the van until we gave them more money. Beware.

I cannot recommend Gibbs highly enough!! The two guys were really friendly down to earth and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. They were more than reasonably priced for the service I received and I would 110% use them again!! It took all the the stress and hard work you would normally experience on a move day away. Fantastic worry free house move with Gibbs from first contact via email and Shelleys' visit to Anthony and Lee on move day. Lee and Anthony were brilliant and the move went smoothly. Thank you guys so much. Contact before move day was 1st class - my emails were answered quickly (even at the weekend!) and I was provided with plenty of boxes to pack before move day. Highly recommends this company - thank you again to everyone who made my move happen without stress.

I used the online enquiry form to look at a removal for my belongings into storage after a friend recommended them. Shelley was great, she emailed me almost instantly and booked a visit to my home to give me a quote and when she arrived I instantly felt comfortable using the company. Mitch and Tony came on the day and were very nice, they asked what needed moving and as I was moving some things into storage and some to another property they arranged everything and had no qualms about any of it. I felt very comfortable and they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
