Toilet was very well packed and arrived on time and defect free. I installed the toilet in my new basement half bath in an afternoon. Pretty straight forward install. The macerator is even quieter than I expected. Thank you!!!

"Customer service did their job "

I actually had to cancel my order so I never received a product. On the positive side customer service was able to process a full refund of the purchase price and they were very prompt on setting up a delivery of the product. They even reached out to me to verify the delivery address.
The one negative issue I had was that it took hours to get a response from customer support as I believe they are not based in the US and have work hours that are opposite to central time.

"Best for small space and great service - Upflush toilet (600Watt)"

Updated! I bought the Upflush toilet (600Watt) by Simple Project from Amazon for my basement bathroom. It is very nice looking and it is perfect for small space/area. Each flushing will run a pump with some noise but it’s not too loud. It can be connected to a sink (to clean hand) as well. The after sale service was also great. Mr. Levi took care of us very nicely and professionally. If I have to install a toilet in other small room, I will definitely do this product again.
Within a warranty period, the monitor stopped working. I contacted the customer service and communicated with Mr. Levi via text message. He tried to help troubleshooting but it did not work so he sent me a new toilet’s pump but said the warranty of the pump would still be from the purchase date. However, I now have a brand new toilet (pump) and it is working perfectly!
