A part broke on my blender about 2 months ago. I dreaded having to deal with it and life was too busy to mess with it. I finally contacted them on their website chat and they were very kind and helpful. It was super fast so I could've been using a working blender all this time instead of putting it off! They replaced the whole thing at no cost and I didn't have to return the old one! Excellent customer service!
