From the moment of booking, which was done with ease, our reservations were handled promptly, with all the relevant information to hand. I did have some questions that I emailed and they replied immediately, with professionalism and courteousness. The venue was easy to find and was large, airy, good seating arrangements observing all social distancing guidelines, with tea/coffee available throughout. The course itself was excellent and left us buzzing all the way home with excitement of rolling this out to our staff. Thank you Carefirst for such a wonderful training experience.
