"the best place to stay in Tel Aviv"

we satyed at the Ben Yehuda apartment for almost 3 month in a row and it was amazing!
the location is amazing, 5 min from Gordon beach and 10 min from Dizingof street (by walking of course)
the apartment was well equipped for family stay. all kitchens needs, washing machine and more.
on top of it there's an awesome roof top balcony!

we had an issue with the washing machin and the team sent us a NEW one in one day!!!

"Unprofessional and inexcusable"

I arrived to an apartment which was not cleaned, dirty dishes and linen and dog hair everywhere, I had to wait 6 hours before it could be cleaned. The apartment had a foul smell, was incredibly dusty and a dirty aircon which they cleaned after I insisted. The ceiling had a leak and the ceiling paint was cracking and falling down everyday which needed to be cleaned everyday. They sent a repair man 2 hours before my check out, he opened the apartment without my permission and without me knowing to expect him, it was very shocking as I was not dressed and felt very compromised. To top it off the upstairs neighbor called me and harassed me to leave the apartment immediately because he is paying the repair man by the hour. He had no dealings with me in this apartment. The agent I dealt with also tried to increase the price of the rent more than what we agreed on a few times. The whole rental was dealt with unprofessionally.

Update: Top Travel has responded to my review with lies and since I cannot comment back, I’ll leave it here. I informed the agent Li-or that I was arriving at 04:00 and would like to check in at 06:00, and confirmed with her that an early check in would be possible and she confirmed stating the apartment will be ready since the previous tenant will be leaving 2 days prior and they have enough time to service the apartment. When I arrived I tried calling the agent and she didn’t answer, she only did later saying she forgot to send the cleaner. And I would have to wait until 11:00 which I did. My things were already in the apartment and I had to leave since I was in quarantine which is against the rules but I had to wait outside in the heat while she cleaned.
The maintenance guy refused to clean the apartment aircon many times stating there’s nothing that can be done, it took days before he came to clean it.
The agreement was for me to check out at 11:00. There is no excuse for all your poor communication and mismanagement of my stay. Check your facts and WhatsApp all the evidence is there. You gave me a miserable stay in israel and I will not be recommending you. You are lucky I didn’t put this all over social media where I found you!
