I have only good thing to say about SeyVillas. The booking was easy, team was very responsive. The vacation work also very well. Everything clicked perfect, everything, hotels, rental cars and transfers were at place and on time. If I go to Seychelles again, it will be again with SeyVillas.

"Excellent trip"

All the Transfers, stay , rental car (New and clean) , excursions were well organised and on time. And we didn't face any problem during our stay. All the staff of Creole travels are helpful and kind.
Excursion on 17/3/19..Vallee de Mai and Anse Lazio was supposed to be by boat, but they changed that to by Bus. She (Creole representative) called me in the morning and asked whether we are fine with Bus or if we want we can cancel the trip. We did that trip by bus only. Bus trip was also great with a nice guide, Jimmy.
Excursion on 20/3/19...Starfish: St Anne Marine Park.. They cancelled the trip (Coz of some boat issue). But Creole representative helped me in finding the same kind of excursion with another company at the 11th hour. And I got the full refund well on time from SeyVillas.

"Our recent trip to the Seychells with…"

Our recent trip to the Seychells with SeyVillas was very well organised and the representatives were very helpful. Our only problem was that on our transfer from Mahé to La Digue, the pickup arrived half an hour early. We were given the time of 9 am and the bus arrived at 8.30. We were not quite ready and were put under enormous pressure, the driver apparently was threatening to leave without us. I am not sure who was putting him under pressure but it was a very unpleasant experience for us and completely unnecessary. In spite of a last minute rush to gather up incidentals we were on the bus before 8. 45. So we were ahead of the time we had been given but it was a very unpleasant experience. It subsequently emerged that there was a 8.45 am pick up time on the driver's passenger list. We were not informed of any change.

At other times the pickup times changed without much notice. Apart from that it was well organised.

"Good at first turns into acceptable"

We decided to book our weeding trhough SeyVillas since we wanted to have german speaking counterparts. The organisation as communication went pretty fine. Our requests have always been forwarded to the local coordinator and we always received a confirmation from SeyVillas whether our requests could be fulfilled or not.

On site we, unfortunately could feel the time pressure our coordinator always had!
- Although it was agreed at the beginning through SeyVillas that the decision on the exact beach will be made together with the coordinator and he will consult us on where its best to get married on that day, he just brought us to one beach very close to our hotel so that efforts are not to big.
- pictures of hairstyles which we have sent to SeyVillas in advance which has been confirmed by the coordinator has not been forwarded to the hairdresser. We luckily brought some printouts so that we could show it to the hairdresser.
- Video and Photo quality is only so so. do not expect that you receive a perfectly made video. Consider to order the package where you get the raw-format so that somebody else can redo the video as you will need it.

We think most of the couples are of course happy that such companies as SeyVillas exists so that a wedding at the beach could occur but there is room for improvement
