Ich bereue den Tag als ich einem initialen Austausch zugestimmt und meine Handynummer rausgegeben habe...

Die Head Hunter verstehen einfach kein "Nein". Selbst als ich bereits einen beruflichen Wechsel vorgenommen habe, wurde ich weiterhin regelmäßig mit Anrufen penetriert.

Und was evtl. nicht so schwer wiegt mich aber schon beim initialen Kontakt gestört hat: Man wird über die bekannten Sozialen Plattformen (LinkedIn/Xing) auf deutsch angeschrieben. Danach wurde ich auch mit einer Rufnummer kontaktiert mit Düsseldorfer-Vorwahl, jedoch gibt es keinerlei Transparenz darüber, dass die Leute selbst in London sitzen und selbst gar kein deutsch reden. An sich alles natürlich kein Problem aber ein transparentes Miteinander erwarte ich von Anfang an. Immerhin muss ich mich auch selbst "Blank" machen und meine akademische/berufliche Laufbahn offenlegen.

Für mich insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmer Laden mit Head Huntern, die sich nicht als Personalberater verstehen sondern als reine Provisionsmaschinen.
