I worked with them for 4 months and it was such a satisfactory experience. Ivana Alexander helped me get through all the tasks I needed to get done, she always had the best attitude toward the new tasks and work we had together. Rahul Gairola was also an important part of the VE team to rely on during the period we worked together as a team lead supporting me and Ivana to accomplishing all the tasks and deliveries I needed. We are a Germany-based tech company and we contacted Virtual Employee as part of our selection process for a new external partner that can handle creative & design tasks for us.

Since we are very happy with our experience, I want to highlight the following aspect:.

1) Response time & customer service: Virtual Employee was always very quick to answer our e-mails and it was very easy to set up calls to discuss all the details we have in mind. They followed up regularly on the selection process and we never waited long for any feedback or input that we requested. It was great that all communication was handled by one person (=one point of contact) who coordinated the requests and selected the relevant resources.

2) Quality of work
Part of our selection process was a test case that Virtual Employee worked on. They provided is with high quality creative work which corresponded to our needs and it was provided in a timely manner.
In addition, the entire exchange (e-mail + video calls) was very professional and Virtual Employee showed to be very resourceful.
