"Not recommended - Terrible returns process"

I bought a Knog bell from these people which was faulty. I sent video evidence of the bell not working properly to illustrate the issue but was initially told that I had fitted it incorrectly. I explained that I hadn’t and was then sent an email with a pre-paid postal label.
I returned the bell and a few days later I contacted them to find out about my return, only to be told that they expect to look at all returns within 14 days of them being returned (which raises the question of how many do they get if it takes them 14 days?!) then if it’s a warranty issue it will then pass into their warranty process which can take up to 28 days! A total of six weeks! They then decide whether to refund, replace or to return the item as is.
At the moment I have no idea what is happening with the returned bell or whether I will ever see my money again. The impression I get is that I won’t see my money nor receive a replacement bell and I wouldn’t be surprised if the faulty bell isn’t returned either.
I therefore cannot recommend this company and based on my experience I would suggest that buyers look elsewhere for their bicycle parts and accessories.
