Hi.
I'm very disappointed with your service.
There were a few items missing from the order delivered to me the other day.
I sent a WhatsApp message to Ms Jacky and also sent two e-mails to you, but nobody responded.
This was my message -
"[23/03, 22:43] Wan Sharina: Hi, Jacky. I just checked my order which was delivered this evening.
These were missing from the items delivered -
1 × Saba Mackerel Fillet (500g)
1 × Beef Meatball (500g)
2 × German Beef Sausages (2pcs)
1 × Australian Minced Beef (I think 1 Imported Indian Tenderloin Cube (500g) was mistakenly delivered to me instead).
[23/03, 22:45] Wan Sharina: Shall be grateful if you could arrange for these missing items to be delivered to me asap, please.
OR alternatively, please arrange for refund.

"Delivery and Refund needs Improvement"
The quality of the frozen food was good but the delivery can be improved. Thsi is the second time Im getting my items delivered late at night after 9pm. Delivering so late at night requires us to spend a lot of time cleaning and storing the items which is not ideal. Secondly I had an item which was not available and was asked to call in for a refund. I did so the next day and am still waiting for the refund. First issue is why do I need to request again for a refund which is due to Product in availability. Shouldn't this be initiated by the seller. So if I don't ask would that mean that Supreme Frozen would keep my money? Secondly on this day and age of technology and the speed of local payments, why does it take so long to refund money back? I just don't get it.

I previously purchased same items in Oct 2021 and ws a very satisfied customer. However, I ws really disappointed with my recent purchase.
1) Delivery was late
2) Salmon and Pari slices are not so fresh
3) Pari slices are in small bits & pieces

I Would’ve Given You A 0, But In This Case. I Will Give You A 1. Now, I can’t really remember exactly when this happened already and I ain’t gonna go looking for it but this was the situation.
I made an order and already give a date for you guys to deliver. I’ve cleared my whole entire day for you guys so that I’ll be at home to receive my orders.
As I waited for that whole entire day, I didn’t get any calls or messages from you guys about the order. This obviously ain’t the first time this happen anyway.
Fast forward about 3-4 days, someone called me asking if you guys could come on that other day. I gave an obvious NO as I was busy that day and I had no one at home to receive it. And that person rescheduled for another day and they came in the end.
Now, this is the part where it ticked me off. The person on the other end told me that your staff got Covid-19 during planned day when I was supposed to receive the order.
Hey, I totally get it. Things like this do happen. BUT! Isn’t it your responsibility to mention this to your customers? How am I supposed to know that? You think I what? Mind reader? You guys told me so late, might as well tell me next year.
Please ensure that this NEVER happens again as I’m kinda fed up with your nonsense as this is obviously not the first time you guys gave me trouble. I might even just stop using you guys altogether.
