I was experiencing problems with my phone such as battery draining really quick, my phone being very slow and laggy and also just randomly dying. I asked Lewis if there was anything he could do and he suggested a battery replacement. He did it today(I messaged him yesterday about the problem, he was very accommodating with timings etc), it was completed within 20 minutes and has completely fixed all of my problems! Would highly recommend!!
