My telephone is mostly off than on...I have to reset it at least 4 times a week.I even had to pay for another box,that wasn't working,and never got a cc refund or credit..

The phone service is constantly going out and when I try to call customer service I get a recording that they are busy with other customers and to try again later then it hangs up. We were without phone service for nearly a week. I wanted to cancel my service and send the unit back, but you can't reach anyone through customer service and you HAVE to cancel over the phone.
