The package arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, the package was a DUD! The butterflies did not fly all over the place as in the video. They just kind of crashed out of the box and fluttered around a little bit on the table. I was embarrassed.

Ordered a Surprise Explosion Box to be delivered on or before V Day. Never received. Had to jump through hoops to even file a claim which couldn't be done for 3 days after a confirmed delivery. Had to upload my DL and request a resend of the item even though it would be after V-Day. Sent email explaining my dissappointment and let them know to that after the "investigation" was complete to either overnight it or 2 day the gift box to rectify the situation. Later that evening, I receive email stating that I was going to get a refund?! WHAT, I just wanted it resent? I call and finally get through to someone to explain everything that has transpired. Their response - "Sorry, we can't help you since you have been refunded - you can reorder it and do it all over through our website". Okay, I said lets do it with overnight shipping and while you are on the phone you can take the order." I let the agent know I just want it resent and they have the order on file and I will just give her payment information. She states, "I'm sorry, that Item is no longer in stock" WHAT? so you were going to let me go on to the site to find out that it is no longer available? What a joke. This place needs to work on customer care more than anything else.
