The whole box was a fiasco. The butterfly’s that don’t fly. The pictures on the box were a good quality but this is not worth the price.
Very disappointed with the product.

Outstanding!! From ordering to opening. It was wonderful due to the easy of doing and enjoyment that it evoked. To the point that I ordered a late Valentine gift for my daughter and grandchildren,

The presentation was adorable. But the bundt cake was dry. It was not moist, and maybe it was sitting out, and somehow the air got to it. Otherwise I would recommend Send A Cake if you're looking for something different to do.

Delivery was on time. Gift was as advertised. Cake quality was better than I would've thought given it's in shipping for a couple days. Overall, very good product. A bit pricey, but isn't everything these days.

Great idea and fun experience. Packaging and delivery were top flight. The only con is that the message to the recipient was on the shipping label...given the price and the product, you'd think they could add a card/note inside the box. Makes it come across as a mass-mailing machine instead of a focus on customer experience.

When the box opened and the butterflies took flight, she was blown away with excitement! Smiling, laughing and tears of joy-and that was just because of the butterflies! She loved it! Had me re-inserting the butterflies to show her friends.
