A personal, fantastic experience. I truly loved working with Your Ticket Genie to purchase our Disneyland California tickets this week. With excellent, warm advice and super competitive pricing, it felt so nice to support a smaller ticket business, rather than the bigger, well known outlets. Tickets were sent via email and ready to download into the Disneyland App within a few minutes - we could then make the park reservations we needed and we were good to go - all completed in under half an hour. I don't usually write reviews but I nearly didn't use Your Ticket Genie just because there weren't many reviews of the business so wasn't sure whether to trust it. I'm glad I did as our tickets for Universal Orlando were cheaper than anywhere else and when I got the jitters about buying them and not understanding the ticket collection process, I phoned and Tracey talked me through the process so I'd know what to do when I arrived - although these were also printed on the info with photos when you download the code for the tickets. She also explained that they don't have many reviews as they have only recently set up and even though they have made a lot of sales, many are for the summer and therefore people haven't reviewed yet. (I waited until after our holiday to review to make sure it worked ok) Absolutely no problem in collecting them from the automatic booth at the entrance using the code and my credit card (there was also a member of staff on hand to help as I'd mistyped in a number). Will use again next time we need tickets for Orlando. In fact I was going to book an airboat trip while I was out there, but according to their website, they were only taking bookings for the week after we had left.
