Bought a used off white jordan 4 and there were cracks and so much yellowing on this pair which wasn’t show in the listing itself. Clearly their guidelines stated for sellers not to use the shoes after listing and soles were dirtier than what is shown as well. And they just let it pass with their authentication service.

Imaging paying a huge sum and to be cast aside with their $10 credits reimbursement for this situation. Good job Oxstreet. This will be the last time i’m using their platform and goodluck to whoever is using their platform in the future. Service dropped and staff is unwilling to solve this issue either.
