The choice of product. We only buy Jumbo - Wasgij and Jan Van Hasterren - puzzles. Wish they could offer more but am delighted and buy all the new ones we don't have when offered. We literally almost never do any puzzles other than these.
The delivery to the States has improved greatly. The shipping packaging has always been intact to protect the contents.

This is the first time I have not wanted to finish a jigsaw: the photo on the box does not correspond with the jigsaw so hard to follow. No enlarged detailed reference to help you navigate. The jigsaw pieces are then and easily unlock. Very disappointing
