However changes in placebo is minimal but it does changes compare to how fit, faster, and agile your techniques are. it tends to be on approaches too in terms for choices in diet & excercise. "Pros & Cons"

Pros: The company is really great to deal with. Very helpful, friendly and willing to bend over backwards to help you with any problem. They give great advice to men outside of just using the product. I felt like I had joined a supportive community of real men. Also they probably have the best follow up support from any product I've ever purchased.
Cons: The product itself is probably ok but it didn't make any significant difference to me. I already have a high level of testosterone (620) and it improved that by about 10 points so it wasn't really worth the expenditure for a minimal improvement. Note I followed the system exactly including diet and exercise so there weren't any mitigating factors. It probably works well for young guys with low T counts but for older guys like me who already have a high count it has minimal effect.

Love this supplement. It's the only one that gives me an edge when I go gym. Usually have it before I exercise and it definitely gives me a boost when working out. The taste of the powder is strong but now its introduced in a capsule form.

This review is honest, I have no doubts about the quality of the product, but in my case did not worked as expected, I think it is because of my levels of absorption. in 9 months of product use, my T levels went from 357 to 436 which is not quite expected I was waiting for better results but I am not going to give up.

Aphro-D has helped me in many ways naturally. I am 68 and have been using it for a few year now. It does positive things in many aspects. First it helps me sleep properly which is highly important for generation of red blood cells. The minerals within also have rectified my problems with leg and muscle cramps when trying to sleep.
