"Dreadful experience with this company…"
Dreadful experience with this company and I haven’t even ordered from them! My sons lovely ballroom partner ordered a sweetie bouquet as a surprise for him. An error in the warehouse meant he received a get wellbouquet for a footballer! Clearly a mix up, polite emails later and still no mention of the correct gift they are trying to organise collection of the mistaken chocolate gift. This ha been in our house for almost 2 weeks and with Covid around I can’t believe they want it back! I checked my legal rights and told them I don’t have to return it. A very immature email came back from ‘the team’- and still no mention of his actual gift. Goodness knows what experience the footballer has had but I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. An online seller right now should be doing great business but with this level of customer service I can’t see this company lasting long at all.

Ordered a gift for my friends 60th birthday. It was delivered 2 days late! Was so disappointed, this simply is not good enough. Will not be using them again.

Worst customer service ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! took over £14 for next day delivery and then was unprofessionally emailed me saying I didn’t select that delivery option when the extra money came out of my account. Ontop of that no confirmation email and the customer service team are useless! Not professional at all!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Item not delivered on the day despite paying £10 delivery for a chosen date. Avoid this company at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered. This is not a one off, check other review sites and you will see they don’t deliver and their customer service is non existent. Complete scam!

"Avoid - cheap look gifts at high cost"
I bought a Cadbury chocolate bouquet for £21.99 (not including postage) and the item I got was something I could buy in the discount store for £4max, it arrived with half the bars falling off it/hanging down and it contained all multipack bars, ‘not for individual resale’, which apparently is not illegal. Contacted them but they have never heard of customer service, rude ignorant responses - I see from other reviews feelings are mutual. Avoid at all cost, waste of money on cheap looking gifts.

Disappointing customer service
They advertise no multipack bars used where in fact 90% is clearly multipack which makes a £38 luxury birthday gift look cheap
They also advertise specifically designed boxes for postal delivery as though it’s something other than a bit of bubble wrap stuffed in a box.
This bouquet cost a lot more than most & I have been given no customer service.
I will not use again & the next one I will buy from my usual supplier for £18 for the exact same service. Stupidly I thought the extra £20 & promises online equated to something other than being let down
I have received no apology or resolution, you blatantly do not get what you order
