After Ordering equipment on line that was showing In Stock was then told it was not and that a delayed delivery was to be at least a week. Cancelled order and had to chase up credit note.

Nicely made bracket, but at only 40cms long the arms are too short for the clearance between aircon unit and the wall, 60cms would be correct, but seemingly not available on this website.
We needed to make up our own longer arms.

allowed me to order three items showing as 'in stock' and it turned out that that there was no stock. charged £14 delivery for three lumps of plastic as next day delivery which took two weeks. throughout that period the items still remained as 'in stock' on the website.
